About Our Founder Scott

SunState CDL is operated by Scott, who began his career in trucking in 1991. He now has over 30 years of experience in the transportation sector. Scott became a truck driving instructor starting in 2001 and later a Florida State Examiner for 6 years. He brought his transportation and CDL licensing teaching experience to Southwest Florida back in 2011, which is when he established and developed one of the largest CDL testing facilities in Florida.

Established in 2017

Scott further expanded his brand of CDL licensing training and development by establishing SunState CDL in February of 2017, in Moore Haven FL, as well as a training facility in LaBelle FL.
